So, What is BG Images all about, I hear you say?

Well, I'm Beverley Gale and I'm a bit of a photography nerd!!
I got into photography a few years ago; and find it a fab pastime for getting out and about, and "capturing life as a jpeg".

I've also spent time photographing family events - capturing those great candid moments when people least expect it.. No staged "smile!" pictures from me....

I'm a little different to the professional photographers with all the expensive kit that do it for a living. I am very much an enthusiastic amature... and my personal style is not to do photoshop editing- I may crop a picture and do very basic edits but no "creative" editing -and definitely no AI!! All imperfections and dog slobber are included..!

I love doing photos of my dog- a fluffy, long coated, german shepherd - he gets to pose for me daily :-) always a willing model.

I have done several shoots for friends with their own pooches- many of them at dog agility parks or in training classes where they are truely happy- again no putting animals in unnatural positions in a studio setting- I prefer to see them all having fun. I love capturing moments for people and sharing with them.

On a corporate level, a friend recently asked me to help with photos of a first aid course that she was running. She went on to use them on her website. (I've included a link to the pand-aid website at the base of this page) Some of the shots can be viewed on the main page and within the course details.
